Born and raised in Manchester UK, Danielle began her singing career at the age of 14. During a holiday in Jamaica 1996, it was the different culture and way of living that inspired her to start writing songs about what she had seen and experienced.

Overtime, this gave her the platform to express herself more freely through her music than conversation.

On her return to the UK, she formed the group “Sisters of Soul” with two friends establishing herself in the role of lead vocalist. The group went on to perform at many local community events and competitions but, eventually parted company to concentrate on individual projects, with Danielle pursuing her career as a solo artist.

Shortly after, Danielle went on to work with local producer Aniff Akinola from Manchester, assisting in the production of several R&B tracks. It was during this period she was given the opportunity to collaborate with Backyard dog on their album “All in a Day”

Since those humble beginnings, Danielle has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with many great artists, including Don Campbell, Luciano, Etana and Beenie Man. She has produced backing vocals for Sugar Minott, Judah Eskender, The Sixth Revelation, Tony Tuff and UK reggae artists Yaz Alexander and Skibu. Danielle also collaborated and performed a duet with Tristan Palmer called “Breaking Up”.
